According to my midwife, I am 7 weeks pregnant. However, I think I'm only 5 weeks and 5 days.

I went to the E.R. two nights on account of abdominal cramping. The pain wasn't severe, but rather it was annoying. I also wasn't bleeding. The cramps just felt like pulled muscles.

The E.R. did numerous tests on me and determined I had low hCG levels. My level was 602. They told me for someone who is (at the time) 6 weeks and 6 days pregnant, that my level should be at least in the thousands.

Anyway, I have never had normal periods and had one miscarriage three years ago, that ended when I was between three and four weeks.

I'm just scared that this is going to end badly again. I've found stuff online saying it could be too soon to see the amniotic sac and that sometimes women can have low hCG levels and still have normal, healthy pregnancies.
