I was wondering why when the TV is first turned on it has a line on left side so is not the whole pic and the color is off. How can I clean the bulbs on this and what do I use to clean it? Would this help?

It might be best to have a TV service person come to your home and do a maintenance to your TV. They can alaign it while they are there and clean the tubes. It shouldn't be a lot of money if you don't need parts for anything.
