    Ear blocked
I have felt as if my ear has been blocked for a week now.
It feels like the blockage is deep inside . Ive been getting headaches and I can smell a gross smell through my nostril on the same side as that ear but no one else can smell it so it seems like it's coming from inside !

You need to see an ENT. Ear, Nose and Throat doctor. You could have a blockage in your sinus that connects to your ear. Under normal conditions this passage acts as an air duct to relieve pressure and help with drainage. When it becomes clogged it causes problems. If your inner drum starts to be affected by it then you can get extremely dizzy (vertigo). Get checked out as soon as possible.

Agreed. That's your eustacian tube, and it's clogged or collapsed or both. Normally it drains mucus down the throat the way your sinuses do. If you can't afford an ENT or your insurance requires a referral, you can get this treated by a regular internist.
