One time cleaning after construction (remodeling)? Or on an on-going basis?

How large are these apartments; square footage and how many bedrooms?

With my company, we do a pretty basic pricing structure on apartments (for the Central Florida area).

    1 bdr 1 ba $65
    2 bdr 2 ba $70
    3 bdr 2 ba $70
    3 bdr 3 ba $75
    4 bdr 4 ba $75

We do additional fees for apartments that are extra dirty. Our extra dirty fee is generally $15 + 5.00 per bathroom. For instance if we had an extra dirty 4 bdr 4 ba we would charge 75 + 35 for a total of $110. If an apartment is really really bad (like cleaning up feces etc, or a combination of really bad bathrooms and kitchen) we do an additional fee on top of that. In that case we change our base extra dirty fee to $30. So for that same 4 bdr 4 ba we would charge $125.

If you haven't dealt with apartment managers before I feel I should offer you a fair warning. They are some of the most anal retentive people around and will try their hardest to get every penny out of your work. Especially if you are working for apartments which are owned by corporations (which virtually all of them are in my area) who own multiple complexes. Office cleaning is easy in comparison to apartments. Be prepared.

    " 4 bdr 4 ba $75 " Correction: 4 bdr 3 ba would be $75.
