I have no trouble at all with ejaculating but for some reason every time I masturbate I ejaculate and feel nothing.
Even during intercourse I don't feel it either
Could this maybe have something to do with the fact that I've been taking ritalin since I was 6?
Any suggestions on what I could do?

You may have low testosterone. Your whole endocrine (hormones) system could be affected either by late puberty or the Ritalin, or by whatever body chemistry you have that prompted doctors to prescribe it in the first place. Talk to an endocrinologist, who specializes in all that.

You definitely need to consult a doctor about this.

Get to a doctor as I suspect the ritalin to be the most likely candidate.

It has nothing to do with your orgasm but it may increase the effect of feeling and energy.
Orgasm is the feeling, pleasure, tiredness which you feel just after ejaculation.
