I am on LI visa came here on 7th aug 2010 wife on L2.. joined me IN sept 2010...
So guess I come under the criteria of Non Resident
Couldn't find any online tax filing help... nor do private tax units/offices.. outside file for NRA'S

My wife just received her SSN yday... 18 feb 2011
Also I am bound to go back in a week and a half... for which I read the clause that we require a sailing permit which we can get only after filing the returns...
