Old Children's Movie Title?
When I was in Elementary school our librarian showed us a movie. All I can remember from it, is that it was animated, looked kind of scrubby like in the opening credits for grease and there being an older woman with short black hair and a red shirt. I think her name might have been Charlotte or Ruby but I'm not positive. So, I remember them being in some sort of apartment maybe in the basement. The characters seemed sad and the older lady (ruby) was giving out soup. Unfortunately that's all I remember so if anyone knows anything about this that'd be wonderful because it reminds me so much of my childhood and I've been looking for it for awhile. Thanks!
