I am 18 years old and I'm on the birth control pill. For a few months now I have been experiencing a problem with my nipples. This problem is at its worst when I have been In a bath/shower. When I apply a bit of fource to my nipple white hard stuff comes out of both nipples. It has now become quit sore to do so. Can anyone help? Is it serious?

I'll bet you have a doctor you can ask this of.

Yes I did mention it to my doctor and he didn't really give me and answer or explernation of what it was that is why I ask

It's possibly due to the birth control pills... but I agree with Wondergirl, stop squeezing them.

Stop squeezing :P I have the same issue, no birthcontrol, doctor said it is nothing more than puss build up. In other words, pimples, building up in the ducts. Nothing to worry about. But quit squeezing or your going to hurt yourself :P
