I had a six month lease for this apartment in Milwaukkee, Wisconsin gave 30 notice that I would be moving when lease expires to anthor state. I have been waiting over 30 day for a refund of my security deposit and nothing came. I talk to property manage said landlady was on vacition. I left several message and got no answer. So what do I do next?

At the top of this forum is a sticky note with links to state L/T laws. Check the law in Wisconsin on the timing of the return of the security deposit. Then send the property manager (and the landlady if you have an address for her) a certified letter stating that they are in violation of the law (or that they will be in violation) and demanding the return of the deposit or you will be forced to sue.

BTW, did you do a walk through with the PM when you moved out? Do you have proof of the condition of the apt?
