I came here in U.S. last May 2003 and petition my younger son and its granted since then I never work and never filed a IRS forms. Now I need,to submit a AOS I-864 which my eldest son filled-up the I-864 and submit to NVC but NVC said its wrong I should fill-in the I-864 but I don't have any income the only thing I have is a DSHS supplement income (foodstamps and small amount of cash) should I report those one? About my eldest son willing to accept the AOS, What forms he should fill-up AOS I-864 OR I-864A? About me what would I do in I-864 Sponsor Income and employment section?
