Petition for an early release from probation.
When a motion has been filled to the courts for a early relise from probation is the a time frame that must be followed by the DA to object to it before the courts see it and if so how long, this is in Wyoming

    Hello f:

There's time limits for EVERYTHING filed in court. I just couldn't tell you how long it is in THAT court. And, even if I could, most prosecutors ignore them, and most judges don't MAKE the prosecutor adhere to them.

Having said that, you can buy a copy of the rules for the court. I've found them at my local college book store. They'll be called "Rules for Criminal Procedure, for XXX Court". Once you find out the prosecutor is late, you can file another motion to compel, or something to MAKE the prosecutor do his job, but I wouldn't know what it is. Maybe the rule book will tell you.
