    More Chemical Equations (balancing)
    Zinc + Lead (II) Nitrate -> Zinc Nitrate + Lead

    So far I have

    Zn + Pb(NO3)2 -> ZnNO3 + Pb

    What do I do now?

    Did I even write it right?

    Counting atoms:

    Atom--Reactant--Product

    Zn--1--1
    Pb--1--1
    N--3--1
    O--6--3

    OK, there's what I've got...

    Zn + Pb(NO3)2 -> ZnNO3 + Pb

    This looks correct to me, if it is then it is very easy to balance.

    Treat the (NO3)s as single units, don't worry about balancing the Ns and Os on their own.
    You should be able to see how to balance it. You need to start by putting 2 NO3s on the right hand side.

    Let me know how you get on!
