I am looking for the title of a movie or a television episode or something. It was about this blonde high school student (female). The first scene is that she is in a jewlery store about to buy her mother a gift. I'm not sure how many but someone comes in with a gun and steals all the money. The girl is then placed in the witness protection program and has to go to a new school and see her family occasionally.She has a woman who work with the witness protection program look after her kind of like her mom would. She becomes kind of a rebal through out the movie/show and goes to a party and gets drunk. The woman who looks after her actually arrests her as a way to teach her a lesson. This is really all I remember.
