Roommate with too much people in her room, how can I evict her with out a lease?
I have a friend that needed a place to stay for her and her 2 kids, she is only helping out with 500.00dlls a month out of a 2000.00 dlls monthly expence for me. So I let her use one of the rooms in my home to stay until she could afford an apartment, but now she has her mom over mostly every day to spend the night, her brother and sometimes her moms friend also in one room, how can I get rid of her legally? I have already told her she can not do that and she insist on it. Basically she does not care.

    Hello j:

You need to evict her according to the laws of your state... It begins with a WRITTEN 30 day notice to vacate. Maybe, after she receives that, she'll leave.. If not, after 30 days, file for an eviction in your local courthouse. It won't cost much. Then she might leave. If not, have your hearing, WIN it, and the sheriff will PUT her out.
