    Toilet won't flush and no stack vent?
    I live in a 1971 trailer with a peaked roof. There is no vent pipe coming through and my toilet is new AND I snaked my sewer line. HELP!!

    So are you saying there is no pipe at all sticking out above the roof line? All sewer systems must be vented even by 1971 code. Tell us in detail what ahppens when you flush the toilet but first check to see how the water level in the tank comares to the height of the overflow tube.

    The water level is fine. The toilet bubbles a little when flushed. The water swirles but that's it. I can watch the water go down to where it is ussually when the toilet works and yes there is NO pipe other than my furnace poking through the roof.
