Me and my boyfriend had a mutual agreement on breaking up.. I miss him like crazy and his friend is helping me out and I want to fight for him.. he told me to give him time to think on what he wants because he is confused and that his mind is gone.. I don't know what to do.. I'm scared that he won't come back to me.. its even harder to give him space when we sit together for in lunch.. I want him back but he keeps telling me he doesn't know if he does or not.. I need help.. do I move on? Or do I stay? Will he come back to me?

Give him what he asked for, time and space, and don't wait for him to come back, do your thing with your friends like you did before he came along. How old are you??

You're not afraid of him not coming back, you're afraid that you'll be alone. Get it straight.

And learn that being alone is not something to be afraid of. Not if you are a good person at heart.


Most people who hate being alone, really can't stand being with themselves. They know that they are a hypocrite or shallow or mean and that they can't pass themselves the high standards that they place on other people.

So just work on you. Learn to lean on you the way that you have leant on him. If you are religious, learn to lean on HIM, more than you lean of yourself.
