I was 9 weeks pregnant and I had a miscarriage I have been bleeding ever since but my nurse called and said take a pregnancy test so I did and it said positive all she said is I need to get to the dr. what is going on?

If you had a nurse on the line, why did you not clarify all of this with her. Your hormones are probably still in pregnancy mode that is why you tested positive. D&C is curetage, a cleaning out of the womb of debris from a miscarriage, unless you have had sex during that time (extremely easy to become pregnant after a d&C) then you can't be pregnant.

Do as she suggested and go see your doctor.
