I have a 1000 sq. foot restaurant/hookah smoking lounge. Some of my customers are complaining about the indoor smoke. Since I don't want to make my restaurant a non - smoking restaurant, what do you suggest as far as the best type of ventilation for this type of an application. Will you please be specific as to what I should do as far as the installation of cigarrette smoke extraction motors, size of motors for quietness etc. since I don't want to end up spending thousands of dollars on this challenge alone.
