I had problem with my Permorma PTB 195 LGRW. Replaced the start relay as suggested however, the same buzzing noise comes on and then clicks off without starting the compressor . Buzzes for maybe 15-20 seconds & then off for about a minute. Sometimes repeats 4 or 5 times before kicking the comp. in. Any suggestions? Thanks.
