She refuses to eat. Spent ten days in hospital, tests show no physical reason. Finally, she started drinking Pediasure, but that is ALL.

We can't POSSIBLY know what's happening. She should see someone in psych, and I can't imagine that she hasn't yet. Or they could have missed something physical. She's very young for anorexia, but it could be an extreme case. It would take someone with a good understanding of the condition.

Please have her see a counsellor ASAP. If you've ruled out medical reasons, you need to find out if there is something else happening. No one online can help you, you need to have her meet with a counsellor who specializes in dealing with children.
