My stepdaughter is almost 18 and I have bought her up since she was 6,I am no longer with her biological dad and her biological mom has nothing to do with her. She lives with me, how do I go about adopting her and do I need her biological parents permission

Almost is not 18, but the issue I see you are no longer with the bio mom, ** and don't know how she is even living with you, since it is not legal unless you got guardianship somehow.

But you will have to do it without either bio parents permission I assume
