Leaders of what?

Better at leading exactly what? The mad rush to the candy store? The Toy store?

Children don't have the experience, maturity (VERY important) or the intellectual capacity to be better leaders of anything, yet... some will eventually... most never will. But none do as children.

What age range of children do you consider a good one for leading? 5 to 10, 11 to 16,
Why do you need help when you haven't asked anything?
Why is this urgent?
