She is a labrador/retriever she is fully house trained in the day but, when we wake up at about 6:30, she's pooed & eaten it. Her last meal(which is science plan)is at 9:00pm

You're feeding WAAAAYYY too late.. Last meal should be at 5pm.. Last drink 2 hours before your bed time.

She's eating it to stay clean. Also, she may be hiding it. If your reaction is extremely upset, she is going to avoid this upset by eating it.

Change her dinner plan and see if that helps.

Also.. Not sure what Science Plan is.. but maybe its not a good quality food. Dogs will eat food if it tastes the same going in as it does going out. Maybe look into a better food? Wellness is a great food that can be found at both Petsmart and Petco.
