I have a very irregular period but the past 2 to 3 months I have had off and on brown discharge but no real period. What should I do? I am still getting cramps but no real blood just brown discharge. I am not currently sexually active and have not been for a long time now. So there is no way I could be pregnant, I do have HPV but the last pap I had over a year ago was clear.
