Prove it is too old to correct ( no idea, since you gave no info)
Show how you asked for and offered various payment plans but they were refused, ( no idea what you did or did not do)
Or merely appear and be sure the amounts are right and lose
I will have the money no later than march 30 do I still have to appear in court if I am going to pay it and what happens if I pay in full after the court date.
If you don't appear in court for a credit card debt, they will win by default, in addition to the credit card debt you will owe court fees, attorney fees, and more.
But no you don't ever have to appear in court,
First, please don't start a new thread over the same issue. Second, please use the Answer options to add follow-up info or questions.
It is not a good idea to ignore a court date. If you believe you will have the money by March 30, then go to the plaintiff and negotiate a settlement where they will allow a continuance until then.
