My son is locked up in jail in Atlanta with no bail, I am living in Florida.how can I get some help to get him out of jail.

The only reason he would have no bail, is if, he has not appeared or he waived his first appearance and has not had a bail hearing yet.

He is arrested for murder or man slaughter and there is no bail.

He needs to ask for and get an attorney to get him to a bail hearing.

****IN Georgia, if you can make bail, you have enough money to hire an attorney, so normally you will not get a public defender if you can make bail.

Has he had a bail hearing yet ?
