This movie was in b&w. I believe it had the premise of a twilight zone episode entitled king nine will never return.
It was about a ww2 plane that went down. The crew played baseball while waiting to be resqued.
One day people find the plane, including a member of that original crew that had been resqued year before.
It turns out that the crew looking to be resqued are already dead, the crew are in limbo and cannot rest until their bodies
Are found. Anyway thanks for any help with this.
