My plan to travel through the US. In this year. So I started to chat a few people across the country. One was proved that he's a scammer. I reported his profile... but I started to think about this topic. I'm a journalist... maybe I will write an article... Just because I'm curious: Can I find the man, whose image was used? I don't want anything from him! I just want to know: That today's technical circumstances is it possible somehow to find him? He knows, that someone use his image? I have only two pictures. Seriously: I don't want anything from him!!

You can't match a picture to a person.
There is expensive face recognition software but no company or gov't agency is going to help you with this sort of situation. It would have to be an international crime of great proportions.
And the scammer may have lifted the picture off another site. Think of it, there could be a billion faces online by now.
