Are new real estate salepersons licenses put on probation in Arizona?
I want to get my real estate salesperson's real estate license in Arizona. But, I have had my Arizona residential builder's license revoked by an attorney that did so to enable his clients money from the recovery fund. The same attorney won a judgement against me for another client through default on my part. I had no attorney, nor could afford one. The judgement was for several items, one mentions fraud. There was no fraud and it was never proven. I was basically slain by these homeowners and the attorney. I had never had a case against me until the decline in the real estate market. Long story short, I've lost everything, but want to get my life back on track. Will the Arizona Department of Real Estate look at my case carefully and possibly allow me to become a real estate agent?
