    PO make own ruless
I am on probation out of Florida for failure to register. I was transferred to MI my PO is now telling me I have to take sex offender classes or I will go back to jail. I was never ordered to take these classes, The judge told me I have no conditions. Just to report to my po and stay out of trouble. I have not been able to find any rules or orders or laws on this subject. My po has not even shown me the "order" she received that says I have to take Sex offender treatment. Is this legal or is she trying to pull some stunts

    Hello l:

I don't know, but it's a dangerous proposition to test her. Are you ready to follow through? Do you really want to take her on? It's not about who's RIGHT. It's about who has the POWER. If you're not up to the task, she'll win - and you'll LOSE.

IF you ARE up for it, I'm your guy. I HATE PO'S who make up rules, and that's MOST of 'em. Write your PO a letter stating (the truth) that, after having asked many times before, you again request that the order or rule under discussion be produced. Send your letter certified, return receipt requested, and send a copy of the letter to her supervisor AND one to the judge in Florida.

Personally, I would then RECORD every single visit and contact I had with her in the future. Don't SNEAK to record her. Put the machine on the table between you, turn it on, and look her in the eye..

Like I said, if you're NOT up to the task, go to your classes and be a good boy.
