    Relocation Laws in Kansas
I need to know what the laws for Kansas are for relocating. I am moving to another city and need to get out of my lease without paying to get out of my lease. Is there a possibility of getting out due to relocation?

There are links to state laws at the top of this forum. However, I don't know of any state that allows you to break your lease because you are moving.

Talk to your landlord, see if you can sublet or if he well let you out if you find a replacement tenant.
