I purchased property in 2009 and the property has mobile homes on it and I want the mobile homes and the tenants to move off property, how do I notify them?

Do they have a lease with the old owner? Who is getting their rent? When you bought the property what was said about the home, is it theirs or yours

No lease with the old owner. A friend is getting their rent. Some of the mobile homes belong to them and some belong to me.

All of the mobile homes belong to the people who are living in.

Why would a friend get therent when you are the owner? Posts 3 & 4 do not agree, who owns the homes. What state are you in?

You need to review the Tenant's leases and/or pad leases. In many mobile home parks the mobile homes are owned by the tenants... in some you situations you might own all the mobile homes (or a few of them if they were abandoned over the years). What state are you in?
