Sir,i am on h1b visa,my nephew wants to visit us for vacation from india,he is 12 years,only his mother has a passport,father not yet received his passport.he will be coming with his grandmother to usa,is it possible to get the visa for my nephew,what is the procedures,kindly help me

A 12 years old cannot apply for B1/B2 without consent from both parents. It would be well advised that the family apply for visa at the same time.
