My Fiancé dealt a bundle (10 bags/less then 1/2 a gram) of heroin to an undercover back on Aug. 11th, 2009 - a charge was filled on Jan. 25th, 2010... my first question is isn't there a Statute Of Limitations in regards to how long a charge can be filed in a case like this? If there is - how long is it? Second question is - how long of a sentence his he looking at? I didn't know about the incident nor did I know he was being looked for until they picked him up last week while we were letting my car warm up to take his son to school... he is now sitting in prison and I am trying to figure out about how long he's looking at!? This is his first drug offense! Someone PLEASE HELP!
