Child support can't help because I have a protection order against me, don't know the child's name, and where she lives, and she is not in the system what can I do? I would like to know if it is my kid so I can ge to know her can any one help me out?

It may seem like a cliché on this forum when we suggest consulting with an attorney in your jurisdiction, but there is simply no way anyone but a local lawyer can give you a completely accurate and reliable answer, paricularly without the opportunity to examine the terms of your protective order and without particular knowledge of your local law and practice.

But in general, a protective order should not prevent you from taking legal action to determine if you are the father. I would think that the protective order isn't the reason child support can't help; the reason would be that she hasn't sought CS through them. She isn't required to do so. Also, be aware that, even if the CS agency were to go after you, they wouldn't be required to give you that information anyway.
