From what I've been told, yes, but there is a better way. A friend and I are on the Vit. B12 and HGE diet. I've lost 12 lbs. with 10 to go and my friend lost 35lbs. As your doctor about it. I have more energy now then ever before and it also increases your sex drive. What ever you do, don't stop eating.
    Good luck

Ok eating less is not the way to make your stomake get smaller. If you want your stomake fat to go away then work out more and do crunches. Because eating less will make u loose weight, but it won't be healthy and u'll be hungry all the time and then binge and my end up gaining more weight. Just go on a simple diet and excerize and focus more on the areas you want to improve on.

    That's all

If you are in a position to, try exercises, especially pilates which don't over strain you, drink lots of water and also cut on the amount you eat, doesn't matter whether it is friuts and veges.
