How difficult is to move a toilet location in a high rise done in poured pan?
I'm interested in having professional do it, I just didn't whether it could be done. They'll be moving it about 12 inches from it's current location so I don't think stacks will be an issue. They can also lift it 7.5 inches, the height of one step if necessary. Thanks.

The only problem with pan construction is where the web falls and where the post tensioning cables run. If you are in the pan area and not cutting a post tension cable it should be no problem. Why raise the toilet 7.5"?

How do you determine where the web falls and wherer the post tension cables are?

That can be a real problem without engineering drawings. Before you think about cutting, make sure you get a permit and building permission. Is this a condo? If so, you may not be able to do it.
