    OPT to H1B in 2010 Tax Filing Question?
    I know this topic has been heavily discussed, but needed somebody to point me in the exact direction.

    For 2010, I was on OPT from Jan 1st to Sep 30th. And on H1 from Oct 1st till Dec 31st. Please advise as to what Category I fall in Resident/ Non Resident/ Dual Status and how should I file my taxes if I am Dual- Status?
