Hi there I need some advice as how to go about getting access to my children
As I am only allowed to see then as and when it suits their mother and I feel this is not on as I am currently self emplyed and work full time, its making things almost impossible, I have tried reasoning with her but its no good

Do you have a Court Order regarding visitaition? If so, what does it say?

If not and the children live with their mother it is HER decision as to when you do and don't see them.

Get a Court Order if you don't have one. There is no other way around this if the mother won't cooperate.
