What rights does a mother have after she abandonded child in Ohio

Need more info - did she leave the child unattended, leave the child with parents, where is the child?

Child abandonment, she would have left the child somewhere like Walmart and drove off, is that what happened?

Or did she merely leave child with other family members who were properly caring for child.

But a mother has full rights she always had, until a court rules that she does not have.
