Irregular periods & Lower back pain

I have periods for 15 to 16 days.I had Diane35 & Androur given by dermatologist.I hadthese medicines for 1 year.but after stopping it I again have he same ptoblem of irregula periods.What should I do now as I also having lower back pain.please suggest what should I do now.
