I live in a condominium complex; I along with another resident had a problem with the noise a tenant was making. After complaining for over two months a meeting was finally scheduled. A meeting was held between myself, the other resident, owner of the building that was being leased out, Board Members of the Association, Property Management Company and the Managements Lawyer. At the close of the meeting I was walking towards the door when a employee of the complex jumped up in my face pushed me and said I had enough of your mouth you white *****. She then was physically restrained by other board members. As she was being restrained she continued to yell at me "I'm a white *****, A fat White *****, A white Cracker and White Trash. The next day I immediately contacted the Property Management Company about her actions. I feared that she would come after me physically and was very concerned with my safety and well being. I was told that she was being forced to resign because of her actions. Which I was fine with. About a week later I received a call stating she wanted to apologize to me, I however declined because I feared to be in the same room with her. Also I felt that she only wanted to apologize to keep her job. The property management then told me that she would be issued a warning for her actions and a letter would go in her file. I live in this complex and she works in the main office and does the minutes at the board meetings. I can no longer call the office if I have any concerns with my unit or go to the monthly board meetings because I fear that she may attack me again. Is there anything I can do about this situation?
