    Petition to vacate my probation?
Hello. I have been very depressed and not been able to get out of my bed for about three months. Im currently on probation and missed my reporting date. 2 of them actually. One was a scheduled one, and the other was one I rescheduled and never went because I have been bed ridden. I used to live with my grandfater, and he thought I was in Florida.

I received a petition to vacate my probation yesterday. My grandfather received it in the mail and got a hold of me and brought it to me. Are they going to arrest me on my court date?

Probably, yes. No matter how depressed you are you have to get out of bed and report. If you do not you can be sentenced to the time you originally could have served.

You have been in bed for 3 months? Who brings you food?

Yes, it is not that you can't get out of bed, it is that you chose not to. Being depressed while bad and needing help, is not a reason to miss.

But at least in jail you can lay around in bed all day normally.
