The mother told me the day we received the DNA results that I could not see my daughter until I got a Lawyer and fought for visits. So I called an attourney and they said they had to have her full name, address and birthday to open the case. I called her to get the info from her and she refused and hung up on me. What can I do?

You reproduced with a woman and you don't know her full name or address? Look at you DNA test results... its there.

Do you know the mothers name ? Do you have her @ age, do you know where she lives. You have to have a address to provide legal service of the court hearings.

What you are dealing with is a receptionist who is required by her boss to be obsessive-compulsive about getting information over the phone. Make up the information you don't know, and give the lawyer the real info when you meet with him/her in person. :D
And bring all pertinent documents including the test results.
