My penis girth is 6.5 at the base. I've tried magnum condoms and still get a deep red painful ring around the base of my penis. I looked at the measurements of XL and the base of those are the same as regular magnums. I'm wondering what size condom I should get or what type would work for me.

Get a vasectomy, then there won't be a problem.

I don't think they are actually the same size. My boyfriend used to have the same problem, even with the regular magnums. But we switched to the magnum xl and they're fine for him. I'd give them a try and see how they fit.

For pregnancy but not STDs or what not.

Regardless, if that doesn't work, look online for condom shops. They tend to have larger stock. No pun intended.

LOL That is not the way to do it. Vasectomy, or self-sterilization that doesn't remove sexual urges, is often looked at as a get into sex free card. A pass into the panties if you would. If you're both clean and one person is sterile... what is the use for a condom? :-)

Point two - my late husband was a Pharmacist. You would be amazed at the number of people who swaggered up to the counter with this or similar questions, usually to shock the Pharm Tech. 99% of the time they left with the average size because it was all about asking the question.

Ask a Pharmacist - he's heard it all (and it gives him something to talk about when he has dinner with his wife).

Going into the Pharmacy and buying Large sized condoms and the woman behind the counter will give you the, "Oh yea, you think so don't you?" look. Go in with your girlfriend/wife and buy large sized condoms and the same woman will give you the, "Damn, maybe he needs them. Lucky/poor woman."

It was a fun few weeks.

Um, honey, I think you are mesuring wrong. The largest girths I have even ever heard of were bum plugs at 5 inches girth.

How are you mesuring? The average size of a woman's vagina is only 3-5 (obviously not during child birth LOL)

I really think you messured incorrectly hon.

In any case, if you are not embarrassed to do so, speak to a sex store associate, or even your doctor, to get some suggestions to try. And sex stores sell the condoms in singles to try before you spend the money on a whole box

Good question. Until the age is confirmed I will say this,:D

I use a garbage bag with bungee cord to secure it . I prefer glad bags iron strength . The others you have to double up to keep them from breaking. :eek::rolleyes:
