Quit Claim Deed. Do my ex-husband have to sign it?
I am a owner of a house in Orlando, Florida with my exhusband. I want to transfer my property part to my daughter through a quit claim deed. Do my ex-husband have to sign it? (we gt married and divorced in Puerto Rico)

Not sure if I understand. You want to transfer your interest in the house to her or do you want to transfer part of the house to her?

Does he have to sign? What does the divorce decree say about it?

Will she get good title to all of the property if he doesn't sign? Probably not, if he is a part owner.

Since the ownership was in between he automatically has to for each of you to take a dividend.
