    Miscarriage and future pregnancy
In February 2010 when I was 5 week pregnant, it was miscaraze. Only take medicine after few month it was OK. But in October an altra sonography I saw my uterus was bilky, length is 8.7, width is 4.6. is it harmful for pregnency? Now at this month I am trying to get pregnant. After period today is 15th day but I feel little lower abdomein and leg foot pain.

Your measurements fall within a normal range. Did your doctor or the ultrasound technician comment on your measurements? If your doctor was at all concerned I would think it would have been discussed with you.

As you start trying to become pregnant again, remember that it can take quite a few months for most couples. Try to determine when you are most likely to be ovulating. For many women it will be about 12-16 days before a period is due. It can be helpful to start trying several days before this time and for several days after. Again, try not to get frustrated if it doesn't happen quickly.

If your next period doesn't come, try a pregnancy test.

Do you feel weak during your period or all the time? You may want to ask your doctor about checking your iron level. Some women are more prone to developing an iron deficiency especially with a longer period.

If your period was about 15 days ago, and you are feeling some lower abdominal pain, it may be due to ovulation... or it may just be a stomach ache.

If the leg pain is painful enough to be a concern, and has been ongoing, it would be wise to see your doctor. Generally leg pain is not a sign of early pregnancy.
