Well me and my wife got to an argument about me being sick cause I missed a days work when she missed a full week for just feeling a little sick wile I'm in the bathroom almost every 2 hours just trying to hold down some food... My point is she is getting mad at me cause I want to miss another day of work so I can get better...

O she was sick for a day or 2 she only had a small sinus flu...

She does not feel you are as sick as you think you are, and you don't feel she is as sick as she thinks she is.

First your marriage is in serious trouble if you are playing grade school games comparing who is getting more of this or that.

Time for serious counseling for communication

This is a stupid argument to have since you both should have went to work, and taken your medicine with you. Then you would have gotten paid at least because the landlord, and the power company don't give a rats patoot about how you feel, or why they can't get paid.

If you are so sick you can't work, you should either be in a hospital, or in the morgue. Staying home to treat yourself without a doctors supervision is totally unacceptable.
