Me and my girlfriend were fooling around last night and my penis touched the outside of her vagina for about 5 seconds. I had ejaculated about an hour before and I'm pretty sure all the sperm had been wiped up or dried. I did not penetrate her and we are both virgins. This was also the day after her period ended. We are both nervous and maybe a little paranoid. Please help.

It doesn't sound like pregnancy is likely in these circumstances, but It's not absolutely totally impossible either.

It would be very, very unlikely for pregnancy to occur given the circumstances you describe. There was no penetration, any sperm that may have been present from the previous ejaculation would be dead, and while it is possible she had an early ovulation it would not be the norm.

In the future... avoid having the worry and refrain from going that far with fooling around. Best not to let things get so far before you decide to back off.

IF a time comes when you do decide to engage in sex, be sure to use two forms of birth control. It won't be 100% at avoiding pregnancy, but it will certainly lessen the odds.
