every time I try typing the letter x the numbers 006F appear, also on office 2010, when x is pressed shortcuts in the top tab have a lettered box at each tool please help. I also tried the on screen keyboard & when x is pressed the Alt key highlights, simila problem with z where the Alt Gr highlights, both have a warning ping when pressed
